About Congruence Training
Congruence Training (Pty) Ltd has over 27 years experience in people development. Short course training is conducted mostly in-house, but in selected instances on a public basis. We also offer a tried and tested Management and Supervisory Empowerment programme which spans from 2 days to 9 months and a bouquet of top class communication-based short courses and programmes.

Accreditation
Congruence Training has been an accredited provider of training (Accreditation no. 0522) with learning programmes registered with the Services SETA between 2003 and 2018.
In 2006 Congruence Training received its Exempted Micro Enterprise status.
Quality Training
We design and deliver quality communication skills, leadership and persuasion programmes including presentation skills and customer service. These are offered in-house, and sometimes on a public basis.
We also offer programmes in Assertiveness, Business Writing, Conflict Resolution, Sales, Stress Management, Time Management and Team Enhancement specifically directed at our delegates becoming more effective at their disciplines, jobs and as team players.
We use pre-reading, facilitation, lecture, video, role play and case studies to ensure the internalisation of learning. In project learning we also use assignments.
